But to actually color in a picture, not so much.
On a whim I bought some crayola markers, a set of 60 for a few sheckles at the local Michaels. Thought it'd be fun so I bought a coloring book too.
The pens I bought are fine tipped or something like that.
Anyway, they don't color very well.
So I do what I always do when I'm trying something new, I check the internet.
There are once a LOT of coloring markers and at the same time not a lot.
I got the idea somewhere that prismacolor were good, and upon looking I decided they sure had better be for how much they cost.
If I can pickup a coloring book, paper and pens for under 10 dollars and be in possession of 60 plus markers and a full set of 60 prisma colors is like 120 dollars they had better be good.
I tried my color play with the markers I have and showed it to a friend who told me I had the wrong markers, I had sorta figured that out, the question of course becomes, what ARE the right markers.
Crayola is cheap, primsa is way not
I've found a number of brands I know nothing about, nor do I even know what to look for in a pen since the last time I bought the wrong ones.
